pothiknews users can request the deletion of personal information stored by our app in connection with Facebook Login or Facebook Page integrations.
How to Request Data Deletion
Send an email to pothikrecording@gmail.com with the subject:
Data Deletion Request – pothikTV
Please include:
- Your name.
- The email address associated with your use of our service.
- Your connected Facebook Page name or Page ID, if applicable.
- A brief description of the information you want deleted, or a statement that you want all personal information associated with your app connection deleted.
If you do not know your account or Page ID, provide enough information for us to locate the relevant connection.
Do not send your password, Facebook access token, app secret, or other login credentials.
Verification and Deletion
We may request additional information to confirm that you own the relevant account or are authorized to manage the connected Page.
After verification, we will review your request and delete the applicable information held by our app. Depending on your use of the service, this may include account identifiers, connected Page information, stored access tokens, and associated records containing personal information.
We will confirm completion by email. If we cannot delete certain information immediately, we will explain the reason and any applicable retention period.
Disconnecting the App
You can also remove pothikTV through the relevant Apps and Websites or Business Integrations settings in your Facebook account.
Removing the integration and requesting deletion of previously stored information are separate actions. To request deletion of information already held by our app, please email us using the instructions above.
Disconnecting the app or deleting its stored connection information may stop automatic publishing and other features that depend on that connection.
Information Outside Our App
This deletion process applies to information held by pothikTV through the app. It does not delete your Facebook account, Facebook Page, or posts already published on Facebook. You can manage those directly on Facebook.
